We are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to support our Business Development team by driving outbound prospecting activities, performing market intelligence, and qualifying opportunities.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships from scratch, opening doors, and engaging with senior airline industry leaders, including CEOs, CFOs, and senior management, across airlines worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
Conduct cold calling campaigns targeting airlines and aviation stakeholders
Execute LinkedIn prospecting (Sales Navigator, connection strategies, messaging sequences)
Identify, approach, and engage senior decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, VPs, Directors, Senior Managers)
Build and maintain a structured prospecting pipeline across regions and airline segments
2. Lead Qualification & Opportunity Preparation
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, maturity, and potential
Conduct first-level discussions with executive and senior management profiles, articulating Maureva’s value proposition at a strategic level
Understand high-level airline challenges (cost control, profitability, compliance, operational efficiency)
Prepare, document, and structure qualified opportunities to ensure a smooth and effective handover to Senior Business Development team members.
3. Market Intelligence & Research
Perform market research on airlines and aviation groups worldwide
Identify new airline entrants, start-ups, AOCs, fleet expansions, and network developments
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and airline financial/operational signals
Maintain an up-to-date view of airline structures, decision-makers, and competitive landscape
4. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, contacts, and opportunities in CRM
Track and report KPIs: calls, contacts, meetings set, conversion rates
Provide structured feedback on market insights, executive objections, and competitor activity
Qualifications and Skills
BSc in Sales, Business Development, International Commerce, or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of B2B experience, ideally in:
Pre-sales / SDR / BDR roles
SaaS, IT solutions, consulting, or complex services
Proven experience in cold calling, including outreach to C-level and senior management
Strong experience in LinkedIn prospecting and social selling
Fluent English and French (written & spoken) – mandatory
Ability to confidently engage and communicate with senior airline executives
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
Comfortable navigating complex organizations and decision-making structures
Highly organized, disciplined, and KPI-driven
Resilient mindset with strong objection-handling skills
Curious and fast learner, able to understand complex B2B and aviation-related offerings
Nice to Have
Experience in aviation, travel, or complex B2B industries
Familiarity with CRM tools (SugarCRM, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience working with international, multicultural stakeholders

JOB DESCRIPTION
A Revenue Accounting Officer (RAO) is responsible for processing airline revenue, which involves data collection, reconciliation, auditing and interline billing.
DATA-COLLECTION & STORAGE
Verify the reception of data.
Monitor that all files received are uploaded in the system.
Notify the reception of data and anomalies to the customer.
Maintain proper filing and data storage.
DATA INPUT
Update master references as and when required and as per defined requirements.
Process sales records using internal quality tools and ensure anomalies are notified in due time to the customer.
Process invoices received from other airlines with IATA reports.
Process uplifted/NoShow documents with flight operations report and Departure Control System messages.
DATA PROCESSING
Reconcile sales and refund figures with airline or any other external reports.
Process own and other airline documents as per IATA Rules and Regulations.
Analyze and audit sales/refunds and take appropriate actions to correct anomalies.
Process invoices and initiate correspondences to other airlines for uplifted and rejected documents within set deadlines.
Submit billings via appropriate governing body.
QUALITY CONTROL
Correct and log errors through established procedures.
Take corrective actions for errors detected.
REPORTING
Generate and analyze airline statistical reports and any other reports as per customer requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
–> Holder of Higher School Certificate, Diploma or certificates in IATA, or any related qualifications.
–> Previous experience in the aviation industry is a definite advantage (ticketing, booking, cargo, and freight management, etc)
–> Able to understand and effectively deal with changes in business needs as they arise.
–> A great eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality.
–> Fluency in French and English.
–> Knowledge and experience in IT tools.
