• 1991 - The first company in the group, Cirrus Informatique, set up in France.
  • 1994 - Market launch of the group's first airline industry application. Named Aviso, it was the first interactive voice server to provide real time movements of planes from and departing airports.
  • 1998 - EDGAR software installed for the French airline, Air Austral. Since then, EDGAR has been our flagship product used for Passenger Revenue Accounting.
  • 2002 - The marketing of our software solutions first handled by IER (Bolloré Group) through an exclusive distribution contract. This partnership encompassed the promotion and commercialisation of our Airline Industry Solutions.
    Thereafter, IER actively participated in achieving recognition for our software solutions within the industry.
    EDGAR was introduced to the 2002 Revenue Accounting meeting in Mexico and has been present there ever since.
  • 2004 - Maureva was set up in Mauritius (Indian Ocean) to provide Business Process Outsourcing services in Passenger Revenue Accounting on EDGAR.
  • 2007 - Maureva first obtained ISO 9001-2007 certification, delivered by SGS, on Passenger Revenue Accounting outsourced services.
    In the same year, the company extended its outsourced revenue accounting services to the cargo industry through its MARGO software.
    The availability of local industry expertise enabled Maureva to entrust its local IT department with the development of mainstream software.
  • 2008 - Maureva became an IATA Strategic Partner
  • 2010 - After eight years of a very constructive exclusive distribution agreement with IER for the distribution of its Revenue Accounting software, Maureva took over its own marketing of its revenue accounting solutions.
