Sales (prepaid and collect)

• Data loaded from CASS files or manually captured from audit copy
• Flown and sales matching
• Rate Charge Audits: Automated check of Rate Charge applied on issued Air waybills against Applicable Rate Charge as per Reference.
• Raising of Agency Debit Memos (ADMs) and Agency Credit Memos (ACMs)
• Fully automated interline proration, including Multilateral Proration Agreements (MPAs), Special Prorate Agreements (SPAs) and Provisos
• Creation of control reports and accounting documents.
• Sales reports: sales report matching and locking of payments
• Other charges: automated retrieval and assignment.

Uplifts

• Automatic creation of flights and uplifts via processing of Airline Flight Manifest (FFM) messages.
• Control of receipt of flight manifests based on airline timetables
• Data capture of cargo manifests and air waybills
• Calculation of transportation and billing values based on proration or special prorate agreements
• Billings: outward interline billing invoices and forms in IATA format
• Airline own air waybills: immediate matching of issues/uplifts

MARGO is available either as in-house software or via an Application Service Provider.
MARGO can also be operated directly by our Outsourcing Revenue Accounting Services Department.
