ARTEMIS (AiRline Ticketing office Management and Invoicing Software) enables airline-ticketing offices to create, manage, pay and print invoices. This powerful software helps to increase the reliability of invoicing and payment processes to the final customer, by collecting PNR information directly from the CRS host.

Artemis profiles can be configured according to user requirements. Global parameters, stored in the Oracle database, mean Artemis functions can be customised. Artemis is able to run in any language.

Thanks to the CRS host connection, Artemis speeds up the generation of invoices: a software agent scans the PNRs, collects all ticketing data (origin/destination, passenger names, fares, taxes) and inserts all items selected by the user in the invoice.

Artemis distinguishes between three kinds of clients:

• Travel agencies eligible for a commission
• Regular customers
• Prepaid customers.

Thanks to its network configuration, users are able to access their own unique database, which guarantees that the client's data is reliable and up-to-date.
